Hey sup, the bags can last anywhere from 2 to 5 mtnhos each, depending on how often you use them and how well you take care of them. I use my Volcano just about every day or every other day and each balloon lasts me about 3-4 mtnhos now. As long as you're careful not to puncture the bag or regularly leave vapor in it for over 20 minutes they should last u just as long. It comes with 5 balloons at first that should last well over a year. Stay up! (Posted on 3/31/13)
